Data Entry Clerk

Our client in Stoney Creek is looking for an Data Entry Clerk to join their team. This job is an evaluation hire that turns into a permanent role for the right candidate. This position is full time and there is room for growth and advancement within the company.

Job Duties for Data Entry Clerk:

  • Enter in stock orders/allocations
  • Answering phone calls for sales department
  • Updating inventory on system when receiving invoices
  • Scanning documents and filing
  • Assisting with other office requirements as needed
  • Eventually looking for someone to move into Sales

Hours of Work for Data Entry Clerk:

  • 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM – Monday to Friday

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail

Requirements for Data Entry Clerk:

  • Will likely need a vehicle as position is not bus accessible
  • Previous Administrative experience
  • Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel primarily)
  • Ability to do mathematical conversions (fractions to decimals)
  • Familiarity with the periodic table of elements
  • Marketing skills is an asset


  • $17 per hour
