Data Entry/Dispatcher

Our client in Stoney Creek is looking to add a Data Entry Clerk/Dispatcher to their team, on a part time basis! This is a part time, leading into a permanent position for the right candidate!

Job Duties for Data Entry/Dispatcher

  • Operating a multi line phone
  • Basic office duties
  • Transferring and dispatching calls to drivers
  • Calling past customers to ensure proper and friendly service was given

 

Pay and Hours for Data Entry/Dispatcher

  • You will receive a minimum of 20 hours a week but may be asked to work up to 35 hours a week. The shift times will vary between days and afternoons (latest, 8pm finish). Your schedule will be given in advance.
  • $15.00 hourly (bi-weekly)

 

Requirements for Data Entry/Dispatcher

  • Ability to work in a fast paced office setting
  • Ability to be work alone with little to no supervision past training
  • Outstanding customer service
