  • Provides full cycle recruitment including, sourcing, posting jobs, screening, interviewing, assessment scoring, reference checking, evaluating and providing quality candidate recommendations to hiring managers.
  • Plan for and execute sourcing and social media strategies to build candidate flow and talent pipeline.
  • Maintain personal and electronic outreach relationships with warm candidate pipelines. Consistently deliver outstanding candidate experiences throughout the recruitment cycle.
  • Participate in career fair and information sessions to support ongoing recruitment requirements.
  • Proactively work with client group to develop recruitment strategies and processes.
  • Build client knowledge and relationships with our customers.
  • Provide expert advice and counsel to the client group on all staffing, recruitment, planning and equity issues.
  • Train, maintain and supervise a staff of three.
  • Create and enforce internal SOP’s regarding the recruitment process.
  • Hold internal and client employees accountable to our policies and procedures.
  • Be available for shift starts to enforce SOP’s and ensure 100% fulfillment with our customers is being met.
  • Managing staff afterhours duties and KPIs.
  • Assisting with the day to day start-ups.


  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in full-cycle, high volume recruitment preferably with a large complex recruitment environment.
  • Expert interviewing, selection, recruitment & negotiation skills.
  • Customer-focused attitude with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver creative and innovative candidate sourcing strategies and techniques, including a successful track record of sourcing passive candidates.
  • Familiar with using LinkedIn and other social media channels as a means of proactively sourcing candidates.
  • Highly organized, willing and be able to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities and demonstrate flexibility.
  • Demonstrated decision making skills with the ability to problem solve issues that arise through the staffing process.


  • A recognized post-secondary degree or recruitment experience at management levels.
